Re: [AI] Please refer good RP genetist
Hi, I would suggest you to focus more on diets. I am suffering from the same kind of issue and diet is the only way through which the degeneration could be curbed and even loss vision could be restored. I was loosing vision and so was my brother. This was in 1998 when my brother was giving his college examination with the help of a reader. So both of us were not totally blind, but were gradually having a vision loss. We met one of the lecturer at Raheja college where my brother was studying. We underwent eye yoga at her clinic at Bandra Kalanagar, mumbai. We have been doing this eye yoga since then and it has helped both of us to maintained our vision. Although we couldn't do these exercises regularly due to other time pressure and commitments, but never the less it has helped us alot. Recently there is a naturopathic doctor coming on weekend to this clinic, he has given me some natural diet and courses to follow. So those are drinking orange juice mixed with tamato juice, having a mixture of alovira along with diacut, and some natural herbs. together to be taken on empty stomach, having a soop of frenchbean, carrot, and pumpkin etc. I am only recently doing this from past 3 days, but I am feeling better at vision since these 3 days. There is one guy known Agrawal, forgot his initial name who couldn't read even the topmost line on a chart and he is doing the combination of exercises and diet from past 3 months and he is able to read the fourth line. Although I have not met him personally, but I will meet him very soon and share his experience or would ask him to share his experience on the list if possible. Re: [AI] Please refer good RP genetist
Hi, those are stretching of your eye muscle. For example our eye can see near as well as long distance. If our day-to-day routine is predominant in either seeing near or long distance then the eye muscles either gets contracted or expanded and remain in such condition forcing the eye to be myopic or vice versa. So these exercises or yoga include taking sunlight with closed eyelids, bumping the ball up and down and side-by-side, stretch pendulam which is a string with a small toy, taking candle light, reading chart in candle light etc. This is for low vision people. For people who have loss their vision gradually over time and are not stone blind, proper diet could enhance visual accuity and once some vision is restored then the eye exercises would be helpful to restore further vision. Eye muscle are also a integral part of volintary and involintary muscles of our body and as we exercise to enhance our body muscles and make it stronger, similarly we can also exercise our eye muscle through these eye yoga and make our eye muscles stronger. They guarantee regular practice of these yoga would protect eyes against catterack, glocoma, and one more fatal eye condition which I couldn't recollect at this moment.
