In my opinion Pg portal lost its credibility Nowadays. ( in any kind of dispute) . No proper justice or solution to be awarded Either Docket will be closed with remarks forwarded to concern authority for further n/a. Or such type of diplomatic reply with out solving actual demand or solution. So better write in paper and sent to STATE commission first through speed post then after may approached to CCPD if solution not upto the mark. Re: [AI] Seeking support for justice
I never heard about the age bar for the scribe, its totally discriminatory. Once i was also denied to appear in UP public service examination, the stupid reason was given that only 100% blind persons are allowed to bring the scribe, since my disability was 70%, i was denied, I filed the case against them in Allahabad High Court. Court observed, UP public service commission was wrong denying me to appear in the examination, as they interpreted the word "blind" who the person who can not see at all. , and they were fined a nominal amount of 5,000 rupees. But i was not given any chance to reappear in the examination as they said, it was not possible for them to conduct the examination for one candidate alone. Here in the case of Mr. Gaurav, he should refer the scribe guidelines issued by UP PSC, if it has been provided there the scribe being below to 15 years of age, these scribe guidelines can be challanged. State commissioner for persons with disabilities may be approached, else reaching the high court will be an expensive and time taking affair. Hello, In my opinion this is a clear cut case of discrimination solely on the basis of disability. It is also clear that the authorities at the exam centre were not at all willing to allow Mr Gaurav.
