Dear Rajesh, So, what happens if you press just "down arrow" or "up arrow". Does nvda not read the next or previous line in the mail? Is the only way to read the entire mail to press "NVDA+ down arrow"? Or you want that NVDA should automatically do a "read all" when you reach the body of the message? I am trying to understand the problem before I can suggest a solution. Hello, did you tried the same with Mozilla thunderbird? after reading your mail, tested with latest NVDA, and it is working fine for me. test it, then revert back please.
