Re: Disapproved AdGroup

2012-04-17 Thread Charles Best
"CreativeApprovalStatus" is the selector for Ad.ApprovalStatus:
http://code.google.com/intl/it/apis/adwords/docs/appendix/selectorfields.html#v201109-AdGroupAdService

So it should work for that. Isn't it?

Re: Access performance data of multiple accounts from a single portal?

2012-04-17 Thread Danial Klimkin
Hello Ahmed,

This is technically possible but I suggest to check our T&C before starting
the implementation:

  http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/terms.html

As per accounts question, yes, the best way is to create one account per
customer and link it under your MCC account. You can create
accounts programmatically though. You will not need to create a user
account - one MCC login will be enough.

The API allows almost the same functionality as the user interface so yes,
it is possible to create an internal portal to manage your campaigns.

Developer token disabled for non-use (even though I was using it), and now reactivation review has been pending for months.

2012-04-17 Thread KG
Does anyone know who to contact about a disabled token?

Last year, my developer token was disabled. The e-mail I received stated
that I hadn't been using the token so they decided to deactivate it.

I was in fact constantly using the token with my software.

As soon as I received the e-mail, I submitted a request to reactivate it
and submitted the questionnaire for a review.

There was no response for several months.

About a month ago, I sent an e-mail to adwordsapi-tok...@google.com asking
them to reactivate the token and explained that my previous request left my
token in a "Pending approval" state for months.

Two days after that, I received the same questionnaire to fill out, which I
did.
After several days of not getting any response, I pinged the ticket asking
for an update (as was suggested on the help forum here).

This was about two weeks ago, and there is still no response.

I would very much like to continue using Adwords API, but I'm not sure who
else I should try contacting about the token.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I should try next?

Thanks.

Re: Sandbox test of getrelatedkeywords failing with RequiredError.REQUIRED @ Selector

2012-04-17 Thread Mike Templeman
That was it. Thank you!

Also, I am finding that the sandbox is returning the expected count of
related keywords, but the keywords returned are either of the form
"{original keyword}" {string of digits} or "red herring" {string of
digits}. This isn't the documented behavior (
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/sandbox.html#behavior) so I assume
that the implemented sandbox has diverged from the documentation. No big
deal, just need to change a unit test assertion.

Re: google-api-adwords-perl: $client->get_last_soap_request

2012-04-17 Thread Grant

variable like $client->get_last_soap_request and
$client->get_last_soap_response
used to allow for?

Re: sandbox

2012-04-17 Thread newbie_boxers
I was able to read this blog and got it all figure out on how to connect
just now. I have tried to comment in your blog too but can't seem to post,
I don't know why. :)

I got another question Ewan, I have already created five accounts with the
help of your code:
Question no. 1: I already printed out the result for the first customer ID,
How can you retrieve the data again? Or you cannot retrieve it anymore?

Thanks!
