waiting for API token

2015-02-01 Thread skunkwerk
Hi everyone,

It's been over a week, and I haven't heard anything back regarding my
request for a developer API token.
I have no emails in my inbox from AdWords, I have signed the terms of
service, and have classified the company correctly.
My customer ID is 942-256-9165

Could someone please help?

thanks,
imran

Re: How to create MCC account using google adwords api in php

2015-02-01 Thread Anash P. Oommen (AdWords API Team)
Hi Shobhan,

You have to be a bit more specific about what you want to do with an MCC
account. The most common use case is to fetch all accounts in the MCC,
allow user to pick an AdWords account, and then perform campaign management
operations on it. You can find relevant code examples
in
https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/tree/master/examples/AdWords/v201409/AccountManagement.

The way you make API calls are similar - you use an OAuth2 access token for
your MCC account instead of AdWords account, and set clientCustomerId SOAP
header to the relevant AdWords account when making the call.

Cheers,
Anash P. Oommen,
AdWords API Advisor.

SOAP error: can't load from https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201406/CampaignService?wsdl

2015-02-01 Thread Sonja Henie
As of Friday we have not been able to access AdWords API endpoints. The
error we're getting is:

PHP Fatal error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from
'https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201406/CampaignService?wsdl' :
failed to load external entity
"https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201406/CampaignService?wsdl";

Past posts have show it to be a Google issue. (v201406 is not slated to be
sunsetted until April.) Could a Googler confirm this is or is not a
problem beyond just us? Is there a work around for v201406?

Re: Offline conversions uploaded via SOAP API not appearing in adwords account

2015-02-01 Thread Jason Vander Zalm
Thanks Daniel,

I was testing with some additional Click ID's (retrieved via the
CLICK_PERFORMANCE_REPORT
as suggested in another thread). and now I do have 1 conversion showing up
for my new conversion type in adwords (Tools -> Conversions). Not sure why
the others don't show up though (I am selecting a date range that includes
the date of those clicks, as per my apachelog, and those clicks were within
the last 90 days). Is there a way to download a detailed list of the
conversions (ie so I can see which click that 1 conversion is associated
with?

Thanks!
Jason.

Re: MutateJobService gets stuck

2015-02-01 Thread Anash P. Oommen (AdWords API Team)
Hi Rafael,

That seems a different case to me - could you please setup Fiddler as
explained
on
https://github.com/googleads/googleads-dotnet-lib/wiki/How-to-capture-SOAP-messages#option-2-use-fiddler

and see if the request actually goes through and you get a response back?
That would tell if the issue is at the client library's end, or if it is a
server issue.

Cheers,
Anash

 Hi Brandon,

This may be due to a budget order getting stuck in the pending state,
possibly during the upgrade process. What's the budget order ID for the
object with null values? Is it 186878453, by any chance?

 Thanks,
 Josh, AdWords API Team

 Hi Brandon,

Did you include the field names for each of those attributes in
your request's Selector, e.g., *SpendingLimit, StartDateTime,
 EndDateTime*?

 Thanks,
 Josh, AdWords API Team
