Алексей, добрый день,

Странно. Я только что попробовал ответить себе с другого адреса и всё
прошло хорошо. Вы используете "Reply privately to author" в выпадающем
списке справа, в вэб интерфейсе
?

По теме, я связался с командой, ответственно за формы, в ближайшее время
разберемся.

Problem with TargetIdeaService and language

2015-09-24 Thread Julien Goldberg
Hello,

Since 2015-09-18 I have a problem with TargetIdeaService and language
filter (The problem is the same in the keyword planner tool in adwords web
interface).

I use the TargetIdeaService in order to get Search Volume for keywords. For
example, I retrieve search volume for the keyword "havaianas suisse",
location = switzerland, language = "french". Before 2015-09-18 the api sent
me the last 12 months with search volume. After the 2015-09-18, the api
send me no data at all.

If I remove the language filter, I get the 12 last months, but it's not
relevant for my purpose.

I'm looking for the reason of this change of behaviour, anybody as some
informations ?

Regards,

Search and Display totals from API in CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT

2015-09-24 Thread James Robinett

The main All Campaigns page includes each campaign's performance along with
subtotals for Display and Search. Is there a way to get those subtotals in
the CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT from the API? Currently it only provides
the Total for All Campaigns as the final row.

Search and Display totals from Adwords Reporting API

2015-09-24 Thread James Robinett
In the main All Campaigns view in Adwords, there's a table that includes
each campaign's performance, the subtotals for Search and Display
campaigns, and the total for all campaigns.

I'm using the API to download monthly CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT CSVs but
currently these only include the total for all campaigns as the final row.
Is there a way to include the Search and Display subtotal rows in there as
well?

Thanks!

Re: Question(s) about adding UserLists and/or UserInterests via the API

2015-09-24 Thread Josh Radcliff (AdWords API Team)
Hi Hunter,

See below for my answers to your questions.

*1) It appears that userListName is not being returned when a
CriterionUserList is created, I am wondering why this is*

For *CriterionUserList*, the unique identifier is the userListId
,

so I wouldn't expect the name to be returned here because that's not part
of the key. Where you *will* get the name is when you add or get the user
list via AdwordsUserListService
,

or issue a AdGroupCriterionService.get

 and
include the *UserListName* field in your selector.

*1a) Why do I need to supply userListId when creating CriterionUserLists
via the API, I believe in the UI you just supply a name. When I left that
out I got a RequiredError for that field.*

Similar to *1)* - the unique identifier for a user list is the *userListId*.

*2) Is it possible to create a CriterionUserInterest using v201502 of the
API? Whenever I tried to make a similar request as above changing the type
to USER_INTEREST I received an "Internal API Error". *

When you create the *CriterionUserInterest*, are you setting its
userInterestId

 to
one of the predefined IDs listed in affinity categories

 and in-market categories
?
Keep in mind that a *CriterionUserInterest* is fundamentally different from
a *CriterionUserList*.

   - *CriterionUserInterest* - use this to target users based on one of the
   predefined affinity or in-market categories
   - *CriterionUserList* - use this to target users who are in a UserList

 in
   your account

Hope that clears things up. Let me know if you still have questions.

Thanks,
Josh, AdWords API Team

Thanks, this was really helpful. I was not aware that the userInterestId
had to be one of those pre-existing values, should the documentation for

 list
this requirement?

High volumes for odd keywords

2015-09-24 Thread Karen O'Connor
While volume checking some keywords, I've come across a few odd instances.

The text
"midcharcoal25252525252525252525252525252525252bfluro25252525252525252525252525252525252borange25252525252525252525252525252525252bwindcheater"

has a monthly volume of 49500 for the past 2 months, according to the API
results.

Clearly that text isn't a real keyword, but occasionally some rubbish will
get through to this point and it's a very strange result. Other keywords
with similar high volumes I have seen:
"activateyto3ontzoju6imvtywlsijtzoji5oijzdxj5yxrplm5pbmdzawg4mub5ywhvby5jby5pzci7czo0oijjb2rlijtzojy6ijg5zwixmyi7czozoijwd2qio3m6odoindf5tuvzmzqio3m6mj"
"00"
"platform2525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525"

They're causing a bit of trouble. Has anyone had similar results? Is there
a better way to eliminate these odd keywords?

Which TimeZone governs the Daily Limit or 10k operations?

2015-09-24 Thread Andre Tannus
I know there is a limit of 10k operations per day, but I would like to know
which timezone is used to determine the start and end of that day.

Also, is there a way to query the API for the number of operations

Re: Which TimeZone governs the Daily Limit or 10k operations?

2015-09-24 Thread Anthony Madrigal
Hi Andre,

The operation limits are not bound by timezone. Instead, it is 24 hours
after you exhaust the quota of 10k operations.

We don't have any way to query the remaining quota, but you should be able
to track it on your end. You can use the Rate Sheet
 to
determine the cost of each operation.

Please note that if you are using only Campaign Management Services (i.e. *not
*TargetingIdeaService or TrafficEstimationService), then you can get the
operation count in the operations field of the SOAP response header. This
is just another way to keep track of costs.

Cheers,
Anthony

Hi Karen,

Would it be possible to send me your request log through *Reply privately

In the meantime, you can put a temporary filter to not return "keywords"

Re: Which TimeZone governs the Daily Limit or 10k operations?

2015-09-24 Thread Andre Tannus
Hi Anthony, I understand I'm supposed to track my own ops count, which I
try to do, but the difficulty is knowing how "day" in "10k operations per
day" is defined.

>From what you said, I gather "day" means a 24h period. But you also say the
limit is lifted 24h after the limit is hit.
So, which is it?

Say I start sending operations 00:01 on Monday and hit the 10k limit at
11:30pm that same day.
According to what you said, the limit will be lifted at 11:30 the next day.
That totals 10k operations over 2 days.

Please clarify.

Re: Question(s) about adding UserLists and/or UserInterests via the API

2015-09-24 Thread Josh Radcliff (AdWords API Team)
Hi Hunter,

What I mentioned earlier applies here as well. The ID of the
*CriterionUserList* is part of the unique key, but name is not. If you need
the name for the user list, please use AdwordsUserListService

to retrieve it in a separate call.

Thanks,
Josh, AdWords API Team

Re: Display Nettwork (GDN) - Targeting & Reporting

2015-09-24 Thread Umesh Dengale
Hi Erez,

If the campaigns have the location
,
demographic, placements targeting set then its information(statistics or
segmentation) could be retrieved using the AdWords API reports mentioned
above. If not, then campaigns need to have these targeting set.

Thanks,
Umesh, AdWords API Team.

Re: Which TimeZone governs the Daily Limit or 10k operations?

2015-09-24 Thread Anash P. Oommen (AdWords API Team)
Hi Andre,

I *think* this happens 24hrs after you consume the first of the 10K
operations (rather than from the moment where you exhausted your 10K quota
for the day). So to answer your question, if you send a request at 00.30
and exhaust the quota at 23:30, the quota would refresh again at 00:30 the
next day.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Anash P. Oommen,

Sorry -- my mistake. I misread the SOAP response and thought it was from a
mutate call. Indeed, it seems we have an issue here, as I can't get the
user list name back from *AdGroupCriterionService* either. I've reported
this issue and will get back to you as soon as I have an update.

Thanks,

Re: Which TimeZone governs the Daily Limit or 10k operations?

2015-09-24 Thread Andre Tannus
So is it safe to say that OpsLeft = 1 - OpsOverLast24Hours ?
That means I can to keep OpsOverLast24Hours bellow 10k, which is a very
easy rule to implement.

How to make a call mcc test account when my Developer token not approved.

2015-09-24 Thread vikashverma
I'm getting Developer Token Not Approved in soap api response.
This is my soap api request in nodejs

var
url='https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/mcm/v201506/CustomerService?wsdl';
soap.createClient(url,function(err,client) {
  if (err) throw err;
  // console.log(client);
   client.addSoapHeader({RequestHeader: {
  developerToken: "MyDevToken", //Developer Token of my mcc production
acc
  userAgent: "X"
   }},"","ns1","https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/mcm/v201506;);
   client.setSecurity(new soap.BearerSecurity(accessToken));
   client.get({},function(err,res){
  console.log(err);
  console.log(res);
   })

I'm getting this xml response as "Developer Token Not Approved"

Re: Search and Display totals from Adwords Reporting API

2015-09-24 Thread Umesh Dengale
Hello,

The AdWords API reports does not support the subtotal row based on network
type (i.e. Search, Display). The workaround to get the subtotal for the
Search and Display network is, run the report adding predicate
AdNetworkType1

 (SEARCH
and CONTENT separately). This will give you total for each network type.

Thanks,
Umesh, AdWords API Team.
