Hello,

You could use the below Predicate. In for PLACEMENT.
Predicate.In(Criterion.Fields.CriteriaType,new string[] {"PLACEMENT"}),},
Please check out GetCampaignTargetingCriteria
.cs

C# example code from .NET client library.
Try to run commenting line Predicate.NotIn. If you get an error then please
provide the detail error message and SOAP XML request and response. Just
click *Reply privately to author* in the forum when responding.

Hi,

You should be able to add/get negative keywords for both AdGroups and
Campaigns. For AdGroups, you will need to use the *AdGroupCriterionService *and
add a NegativeAdGroupCriterion
.

For Campaigns, you will need to use the *CampaignCriterionService *and add
a NegativeCampaignCriterion

Re: Suspicious behaviour of BatchJob service when AdGroup was removed

2015-11-04 Thread Michael Cloonan (AdWords API Team)
Hello,

Engineering has determined a fix which will be available within a few
weeks. I will ping this thread again when the fix is live. Thanks for
reporting this issue!

Please note that the issue is only with the return value from the
BatchJobService. The error is occurring as it should, but it's simply not
being returned in the response due to a bug. You are not able to act on
removed AdGroups in illegal ways using the BatchJobService, as you feared
might be the case.

 Hi all,

I noticed rather suspicious behaviour of BatchJob service when it
comes to operations on removed AdGroups. The case scenario is updating
BiddableAdGroupCriterion with new CpcBid for a keyword in removed
AdGroup. I would expect service to return MutateResult with
OperationAccessDenied error in errorList - behaviour similar to other
services. What I am getting instead is an MutateResult with no errors
and result set to AdGroupCriterion (instead of
1BiddableAdGroupCriterion`!) which is not populated with any values.

Does anyone else noticed same behaviour?
I hope this is not an expected behaviour but rather a bug. Returning
 OperationAccessDenied.OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_REMOVED_ENTITY would
be much better and more consistent with other services.

 Regards,

 Mariusz

Re: Geo Performance Report doesn't match UI

2015-11-04 Thread Josh Radcliff (AdWords API Team)
Hi Tiana, Inbar,

One tip if you're seeing differences is to check out the instructions on
how to match the user interface views at the top of the
GEO_PERFORMANCE_REPORT

 documentation.
This explains how to construct an API request to match the *Geographic* and
*User
locations* views.

Thanks,

Get all products of a Shopping campaign with a Merchant data

2015-11-04 Thread dimitri . sopov
Hi,

How can I get the products of a Shopping campaign, without being defined a
partitioning scheme in the AdGroup.

I want to build partitions, from the possible values of labels
ProductDimensionType, for that, I must know possible values defined by the
Google Merchant feed. Therefore, I must get existing products, create
partitions, and fill them with products.

Thanks, greetings

Get products with a Merchant Center data in a Shopping Campaign.

2015-11-04 Thread dimitri . sopov
Hi,

How can I get the available values of a DimensionType of Merchant Products
in a Shopping Campaign?

Example:

Type: ProductDimensionType.BRAND
Available Values: brand1, brand2, brand3...

I want get all the Merchant products, and create the partitions according
the existing values of partition labels, therefor, fill that partitions
with biddable products.

I try that with SHOPPING_PERFORMANCE_REPORT, PRODUCT_PARTITION_REPORT,
CampaignCriterionService with PRODUCT_SCOPE criteria, but if I have a empty
patrtitioning schema, I can't recover that data. I need get products with
merchant feed data, with a empty patritioning structure AdGroup.

Thanks, greetings!

Hi
It seems like I didn't make myself very clear in my question.
the *additional form *you suggested me to submit, is *exactly the one *i
have problems submitting.
I cant see why is it every time I click submit is scrolls up to this
section, instead of trying to submit my form:

*Before proceeding, check your Developer Contact Email and Company Type in
the AdWords API Center*:
 1. Log into your AdWords My Client Center Account and click the Gear
icon
  2. From the drop-down, click 'Account Settings'.
  3. Select 'AdWords API Center' from the navigation tab on the left.
  4. In the section containing your Developer Details, click 'Edit'.

Note that company type specifically describes *how you will use the AdWords
API. If your company type is incorrect, your application will be declined.*

Re: Paging Issue on V201509 API

2015-11-04 Thread Umesh Dengale
Hello,

In the AdWords API, when the start index of the request is 100,000 then
*SelectorError.START_INDEX_IS_TOO_HIGH *error occurs. You could narrow the
query as much as possible using predicates to avoid this limit when
retrieving a large result set. Please check out our rate limit
guide
for more details.

Thanks,
Umesh, AdWords API Team.

BatchJob Canceled Status

2015-11-04 Thread Jbielsa
Good Morning.

When using the new service for BatchJob, and a batchJob finishes on
Canceled Status, I can't retrieve the results in order to find errors
occurred.
I use Adwords client library v201509 for .Net

Below the steps I follow:

1.- Get status of BatchJob <-- CANCELED

2.- The list of processingErrors is always empty (nothing within the
object)

3.- Using the object BatchJobUtilities and the method Download with
downloadUrl <-- Result is an Exception with "Invalid Primitive JSON"

When the BatchJob finishes correctly (DONE), the
method BatchJobUtilities.Download(downloadUrl) works correctly.

I would appreciate it if you could give me some support regarding the above
mentioned.

Thanks a lot.

Re: INVALID_FIELD_NAME_FOR_REPORT', Trigger = '', FieldPath = 'Conversions'.

2015-11-04 Thread adwords
Dear Danial,

Indeed the field was renamed to 'ConvertedClicks'. However, this metric
will give me the 'ConvertedClicks', instead of the (total) 'Conversions'.
My question therefore is, how will I able to get the 'Conversions'?

This
link:
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/display-keyword-performance-report#conversions
Is telling me that I just need to use 'Conversions'. But then Im getting
the same error as Ranjith was getting.

Could you please help me?

Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have a definitive list of what the 'special values' that
can be returned for ImpressionReach (returned in xml as uniqueCookies)
metric in Campaign Performance Report can be?

This particular field doesn't have any mention of special values in
 the documentation
 ,

however it seems it does return special values that are not of the
 documented Type (Long)

 Thanks.

Negative AdGroup Data pull

2015-11-04 Thread Senthil Palaniswami
Team,

I am trying to get the "Negative AdGroup Data" like Negative keywords
below. Is it possible on the Group Level or Only on the Campaign Level ?
Thanks

Keyword keyword = (Keyword) adGroupCriterion.criterion;
string keywordType = isNegative ? "Negative keyword" : "Keyword";

Thanks
Senthil

Re: Geo Performance Report doesn't match UI

2015-11-04 Thread Tiana S.
Hi Josh,

I'm seeing the same difference but even more odd is that the total cost
returned from the Geo performance report doesn't match what's returned from
other endpoints. From any other endpoint, e.g. the Keyword performance
report, I get a total of $406.24, but Geo returns $407.83.

I will provide more information in a private response. ;)

Thanks,

Tiana
