Re: campaign id, name and adgroup id, name in ads list

2020-08-10 Thread denma test
HI Anthony,
You meant, we need to hit additional API calls to fetch Campaign, Adgroup
data using baseCampaignId and baseAdGroupId? If yes we will get multiple
creatives with one campaign and adgroups we cannot hip additional API to
fetch details in *for* loop. I just wanted to get it from the
Adwordsserivce API call as sent before. Please correct me if am in wrong
way.

Hi Anthony,
Actually am not using Adgroup Performance Report service, am using AdGrup

is that service is returns all adgroups even from removed campaigns too, i

Hello, thank you very much. I will modify it in your way first.

At present, the PHP version of our project is 5.6, so I chose the V0

The v4 version requires PHP 7.0 or higher. I will try it first, and if it
doesn’t work, I’ll consider upgrading the php version.

Thanks again for your reply.

RE: How to Get Campaign Target Location With Adwords Report?

2020-08-10 Thread Google Ads API Forum Advisor Prod
Hello,

Thank you for reaching out! Yes, you can use the Campaign Location Target
Report in order to get the target location for each of your campaigns. The id
field in the Campaign Location Target Report is the location attribute. To look
up the location codes, you can use LocationCriterionService as mentioned in
this documentation.

If you are using a test account, please note that the data returned in test
accounts is dummy data used for testing purposes only. They do not signify any
real data.

Re: How to get client customer id of authorized adword account user through oauth2 in PHP

Hi Pratik,

I think the issue here is that a non-null value is being sent in the
clientCustomerId header in your requests. Looking at the PHP library the
Configuration class should return a null value if a particular configuration
value isn't present. Is it possible that in your adsapi_php.ini configuration
file there's a non-null value for clientCustomerId that might be making its way
into the request header?

Google Ads API does not allow me to access client data on linked accounts

2020-08-10 Thread Jakub Hancin

Hello,

I am trying to access linked data on a client account from the managerial
account via a HTTP GET message.

I am using an approach that worked very well on the testing token, with
testing managerial account and testing client account underneath.

I did confirm the linkage on the client account and the account is
accessible from the google dashboard, I can see the campaigns and
everything when in as a manager.

However, when trying to access the same information via HTTP requests
(providing all the necessary credentials of course - same principle I did
under testing token circumstances) I get a 403 error.

The message says to include the manager's customer id as the
login-customer-id.
I am already doing that, therefore no added value for me in that advice.

I have the Google Ads API enabled, the application is created, I have the
Oauth credentials, consent on the client is dealt with and calling the
requests with all the required credentials.

Am I forgetting something crucially important? Do I have to include some
kind of additional scope (that costs 15000-75000 dollars to aquire)?

Would appreciate any thoughts where to (re)begin debugging this.

Re: Automated Rules In Adwords API

2020-08-10 Thread Muhammad Javed
Hi  Anthony,

Thanks for your response. Actually we are automating our campaigns using
Google Ads API. We have created an in house tool for this. Problem with the
scripts is that we have to to write them in a particular account once and
if there are any changes in the script we have to revisit all our accounts
for the changes and it could be a big maintenance cost. if you please plan
the rules feature in the API , We can quickly program it in our centralized
application and it could save us from a lot of work.

Or is there any way to inject scripts dynamically in our accounts from my
app?

Regards,
Muhammad Javed

Re: Migration to Google Ads API possible?

2020-08-10 Thread Google Ads API Forum Advisor Prod
Hi Markus,

We are currently focused on getting the Google Ads API ready for production,
which is why no new features are being added to the AdWords API. You may still
use the new features in Google Ads API in addition to AdWords API, but please
keep in mind that the Google Ads API is still in beta. Eventually, once the
Google Ads API is in production, the AdWords API will be deprecated.

Hi Sanket,

Thank you for reaching out. The Adwords API has a CustomerSyncService.get
method to fetch the account change information. However, this doesn’t not
include the Account Budget information. You could check the changes of account
budgets via the Change history on the Google Ads UI and add filter for the
Account budget.

Hello,

Please remove any of the - in your customerId. You can find an example on how
to create campaigns here. I've noticed that you are using v0 of the API. You
will need to use one that is not deprecated. I'd recommend using v4 since it is

how to enable the Google Ads api in Google API console

2020-08-10 Thread Mauricio Rodriguez
I am trying to test the Google Ads api but I cannot enable it in the Google

test account and finally I am trying to enable the API in a project in the
API console but I always get the following error:

so I don't know if it's a temporary Google problem or if I have to do an
extra process to enable it.

hope you can help me, thank you very much.

campaign_criterion I can only access through GAQL?

Is there no other way to directly get those values? Means like v201809 we

campaign id, name and adgroup id, name in ads list

2020-08-10 Thread denma test
Hi
Have taken Ads list using selectors as like in below code, $session =
self::setSession();
$adWordsServices = new AdWordsServices();
$adService = $adWordsServices->get($session, AdService::class);
$adGroupAdService = $adWordsServices->get($session,
AdGroupAdService::class);
// $AdId = intval($AdId);
$adData = array();
   $selector = new Selector();
$selectors =
array('Id','BaseCampaignId','AdType','MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAdMarketingImages',

'MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAdSquareMarketingImages',
'MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAdLandscapeLogoImages',
'MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAdLogoImages',
'MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAdHeadlines','MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAdLongHeadline',

'MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAdBusinessName',
'MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAdDescriptions',
'DisplayUrl','CreativeFinalUrls','CreativeFinalUrlSuffix','MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAdCallToActionText');
   $selector->setFields($selectors);
$result = $adGroupAdService->get($selector);
But it is not return Campaign name, Adgroup name, i van get it by calling
particular service since am getting id in current list. Is there any other
easy way to get it? i just want to minimize API hit.

Re: "HTML5 Ad" has no AdType in the report and is not returned by AdgroupAdService

2020-08-10 Thread LP AI
We have some times where the same ad_id was returned as TEMPLATE_AD and
then we later on get it blank? Can you explain why that is and looking at
https://groups.google.com/g/adwords-api/c/k3tVSGKWQUw  there is another
example of someone getting conflicting results.

For TEMPLATE_ADs we were able to get further information about the ads such
as  TemplateAdName shown here
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/selectorfields?hl=de
and we would also receive useful information about the file where the
images could be seen but with these blank ads we are getting no
information. The users say the ads they are creating are no different to
the ones in the past so have these new ads that are returning the blank
ad_type new?

Re: Reflect Account Budget on Google Adwords Dashbaord

Hi Team,

Sorry, I did budget updates at the micro-level since data gets converted
into money which I didn't consider first and hence didn't see any changes
on the dashboard but when I updated with a considerable amount then it got
reflected instantly. I apologize again for this.

However, I have another doubt regarding Account Budget Updates. Can I view
how many account budget updates made to an account via Google Adwords API
or the dashboard? More like a history of changes done to Account Budget.
Please guide me through this.

Thanks,
