Discrepancy in 'cost_micros' Metrics Between Google Ads API and Dashboard

Hi,

I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding a discrepancy I have 
encountered in the cost metrics reported in the Google Ads user interface 
(UI) compared to what I retrieve through the Google Ads API.

For the period from October 1,2023, to October 31,2023, the cost displayed 
in the Google Ads UI is R$ 3,67 thousand. However, when I query the same 
data for this period through the API, the returned amount is significantly 
different, showing R$ 5,586.32.

The query I am using is as follows:


`SELECT metrics.cost_micros FROM customer WHERE segments.date BETWEEN 
'2023-10-01' AND '2023-10-31'`


I have verified the query parameters and the date range, and they match the 
information on the dashboard. I am also converting 'cost_micros' from 
micros to the standard currency unit correctly.

Could you please assist me in understanding why there is such a variance 
and what steps I can take to ensure that the data I retrieve via the API 
aligns with what is shown in the Google Ads UI?

Ads API - get number of purchse

I tried to fetch the number of purchases from the ad account through the 
API, but it gives 0 value for all the campaign/ ad_group / customer levels. 

I tried the following metrics: 

metrics.orders
metrics.cross_sell_units_sold
metrics.units_sold

Query:
SELECT
campaign.name,
metrics.units_sold,
metrics.orders,
metrics.cross_sell_units_sold,
FROM campaign WHERE
segments.date >= '2023-11-01' AND segments.date <= '2023-11-15'

Kindly advise how to get the value from the API. Screenshot attached.

"HistoricalMetricsOptions"

I called the function for my keywords on (2023-11-12) and got results for 
the whole month of November. Can someone explain what these results mean?

1. Is there any predictive factor that predicts the results for the rest of 
the month?
2. Are the results from begin November to the 12th of November?

We had submitted the Google Ads API developer token Basic Access 
Application 2 times, first on Oct 18th, 2023 and second on yesterday.
Its been while since then neither we have received any email of 
approval/disapproval access

We really need to get this access in order to improve our internal

No Response from OAuth App Verification

I already submitted for OAuth App Verification for a few months, but I 
haven't get response.

DNS resolution failed for googleads.googleapis.com

Hi，
I'm getting the following error when I'm calling Google Ads API
[2023-11-16 16:29:59 +0800] [3232115]: [WARNING] Request made: 
ClientCustomerId: 1897102894, Host: googleads.googleapis.com, Method: 
/google.ads.googleads.v15.services.GoogleAdsService/SearchStream, 
RequestId: None, IsFault: True, FaultMessage: DNS resolution failed for 
googleads.googleapis.com: C-ares status is not ARES_SUCCESS qtype=A 
name=googleads.googleapis.com is_balancer=0: Could not contact DNS servers
