Show List of only Active Accounts - listAccessibleCustomers();

Hi!

When I try to connect with google ads account and show a list of all 
accounts (customers), it also gives me "cancelled" accounts. Is there a way 
to get only active accounts?

The function returns all accounts and it gives me an error when I try to 
get account details.
$customerServiceClient->listAccessibleCustomers();

502 Bad Gateway on BudgetService

Hello,

Would like to ask for possible reason BudgetService.mutate() response with 
502. I submit to create a budget for my ads after submitting the same data 
it return BudgetError.DUPLICATE_NAME it process my previous call but it 
return 502. Im working on a test account. It happens 1 days ago it stop 
return return value object.

downloading all campaign data using date range is super slow

hi. im downloading all campaign data to be save in my database so that we 
can have real data in our application. but it seems that it is super slow 
in doing so. is there any way to resolve this? like im downloading just 1 
year campaign data in my manager account (100+ accounts) and 1hour have 
passed since and i just got 70+ data. need this urgent.

Report Generation

Hi this is my long time problem, is it really not possible to generate 
account performance reports just like in adwords platform? coz we are 
developing an adwords tool to have a different view from adwords platform 
but as fast as it is. im using parallel report download and it is 
requesting data for 3 seconds per account and i have 119 accounts in 1 mcc 
and it is a headache for me. is there any way to generate a report download 
for atleast 1second or .5 second per request?

Keyword performance returning different values

Hi,

Its weird because when fetching keyword performance the following fields 
will have a value of thousand while the value of it in adwords website is 
just in decimal.

example :

the max cpc in adwords website is 0.43 while in my fetched data it is 
43.

is AWQL really slow?

Hi I using AWQL to retrieve Account performance of all accounts in a mcc 
account but it is really slow. im just getting 16 accounts and it will 
consume up to 35seconds it is really bad. is there any way to speed it up? 
i mean it is deployed in cloud server so it means it should be fast. im 
confused it is it just the google api which is slow or my way in retrieving

is AWQL really slow?

Im using AWQL to get ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT and it is super slow. Im 
just retrieving 16 accounts and it will be fetched after 30seconds. is 
there any other way to speed it up? even if my application is deployed in a

Im using web flow in authentication request. I want to achieve a login like 
adwords website itself like if i login my gmail it will show all manager 
accounts under my gmail account. it is possible right? please share your

Get all fields of accounts

Hello is there any class besides AccountHierarchy to fetch accounts? coz 
there are only few fields, i need to get also the clicks, impr, etc.

Is it possible to get a keyword CpcBid for a given Date

When I query for the CpcBid by Date during the last month, always return 
the same value dispite I know it had changed during the period.

There is any way to ask for the CpcBid of an specific day?

Hi guys; i need my 1º developer token for a Solidarity project

I'm trying to get 'developer token' to develop a tool based on python and 
adwords API. Im following the steps of google documentation: 
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/signup#token_review_team_has_approved_my_developer_token
 
In step 2 , says:
"Sign up for the AdWords API when you're logged in to AdWords with your 
*manager 
account*. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner; select *Account 
settings* from the drop-down menu; then *AdWords API Center* from the left 
menu, and follow the instructions to apply for AdWords API access. You'll 
only see the *AdWords API Center* link if you've logged in to a manager 
account."

In my adwords account there is no option to the left "AdWords API Center". 

I think I have lost in some previous step. 
¿ Someone can help me. ?

Allow filtering on CustomerSyncService

CustomerSyncService can be filtered by date range/campaign id/feed id. 

I think it should be interesting to allow filtering by user has done the 
changes. 

This functionality will allow us to retrieve changes done for customers 
outside from our platform and queries will be faster.

I think I am mis understanding  this thread a bit. 

so are you saying, sharing sitelink feed items cross campaigns are 
impossible because it is done in one mutate call ?  and if sharing is 
needed use the legacy API ?
this actually fits my original understanding toward the extension 
documentation. 

I've tried a few ways to share the sitelink feed items using extension 
service. 
- two extension in one call, -> useless different sitelink feed item id 
returned
- setting ids to the new sitelink item -> useless, different sitelink feed 
item id retruned.

data migration using extension setting service

Allow me to confirm(double check), as long as I have been using the legacy 
feed service to create feeds, if I decide to switch to extension service, 
then I have to migrate all data to extension service, and I lost the 
ability to operate them using the legacy service. or I can migrate back ?

Help with Ad customizer feed

Hi,

I need some help with Ad customizers Feed. I've created a custom feed from 
API. Attributes are ok (with right placeholders). Rows content are ok. Ads 
are aproved (in web gui). But no custom Ads are shown ever (and I have some 
clicks at "static" ads).

I talk with Adwords team and they said they can't find the problem. Can I 
talk with 1 person of API team in private to see one example and try to 
find a solution?

ManagedCustomerService returning null on account addition

Every time I try to create a new account with ManagedCustomerService I 
receive as response a null for mutate operation (no 
ManagedCustomerReturnValue is returned) .

This happens in java sdk versions 2,6,0, 2.7.0 and 2.8.0.

Error creating campaign when account limit reached

Hi,

I detected when I create a new Campaign and I reached the account limit 
(10.000 campaigns), I receive a new campaign Id, and it seams the campaign 
is created (the mutate response is returning a new campaign object), but it 
didn't appear at Adwords website. 

I think it should be better to return and error like 
"ACCOUNT_LIMIT_REACHED", because in some automatic processes where we don't 
check how many campaign exists for the given account it could produce some 
misunderstood.

I don't know if this happens too in AdGroups, Keywords, etc. it's something 
interesting to fix.

 My customer sync is in a loop for every 15 sec it will check if there

7. Copied the URL and ran it on a browser while logged in as test, a 
token was generated

9. Copied the Refresh Token and pasted on the auth.ini file
10. Created 2 sample campaigns(went to adwords.google.com as test user)
11. Ran the GetCampaigns.php example, and No Campaigns were found shows


Any thoughts? Would really appreciate your help.

This is getting more confusing, so client ID and secret will actually need 
to be generated from the production account? I thought the developer token 
will only be needed from production?

Hi Danial,

Thank you for answering. I was using the Main test accounts customer ID 
instead of the client added for the campaigns. The clientCustomerId is 
the one on the upper left beside the My Clicent Center Dropdown 
http://screencast.com/t/IneybNs1sM. I hope this helps other beginners who 
are encountering the same mistake. Thanks for your time.

i have to disagree with Eric,

we've been having this issue for about a month now (using .net/c#). no
data is corrupted. our soap logs clearly show that.

adwords have confirmed that the problem is on their side - but we
haven't received a solution so far.

we've pulled a structure report for the campaign containing the object
ids stated as 'entitynotfound' - and they ARE PRESENT. and none of
them has a DELETED status.

i've emailed adwords support many soap logs on that, let me know if
you need me to put some here as well,

in short,  there are 2 reasons:

1. the first one is that we've been using adwords api since v1. the
aw .net client library appeared several versions/years later.

2. i am not familiar with the aw api .net library, but i suppose it's
a good one. we are a 'do-it-ourselves' company. that is, the more we
can do alone, we do. we've fine tuned our aw api layer so that it
contains many features and intricate details which we won't be able to
get out of the box from any library. we are doing our best to
eventually get rid of the .net framework.

i really appreciate the help and high professional level of the
adwords api team, and especially the forum and email support. both
have saved us several times, thanks

i got help on this from Anash. he offered 2 resolutions:

1. the wsdl dummy one

2. and modifying the generated by wsdl.exe code

i choosed to use the second one, here it is:

i've encountered several more issues, most probably due to wsdl.exe
(bugs?). i've solved them - some with people's help and others alone.

could it be that wsdl.exe has swithes/options which are misused or not
used at all?

the other strange thing for me is why aren't there other .net users
asking those questions?

could it be that they are using .net3+ with the new wsdl tool (don't
recall it's name - wcf or something), and  all those issues are solved
there? and if that's so, why is the adwords client library team
for .net not using .net3+? i am not pro-.net3+, just asking,

i am using .net 2/c# with adwords api2009 (without the .net client
library).

i am trying to instantiate the BulkMutateJobService:

AdWords API checkAds response problem .net2

hi,

in the enclosed soap trace, you can see a call to the checkAds
service. our environment (.net2) throws an error when trying to parse
the response. the parser tries to convert something (null?) to number
and fails. those could be: textIndex or textLength. both are marked
nullable in the auto-generated class, so here is where i am out of
ideas.

AdWords API Re: File not found exception on download

Please let us know when this is resolved. In the mean time we've
implemented a re-try ordering a new report if the download url throws
404 not found. The problem with this is we are paying quota for each
new report although the problem is not on our side.
