Hi,

My best guess would be a badly formatted max date. Your xml says, 20110704
090741 184, 184 doesn't look like a valid timezone code to me.

Cheers,
Anash P. Oommen,

2011-05-11 Thread jchan
Hey Eric,

this error may be occurring quite infrequently but I've been receiving
this error every time I make this same call for this account.

Following your suggestion, I've just implemented exponential-backoff
to retry any unsuccessful call but it keeps getting this
InternalApiError - all 10 times.

If you could take another look, that would be most appreciated.

Hi Josh,

As far as I can tell this is still a transient error, and with a low number
of occurrences. The logs show that some of your CustomerSyncService
requests against this account are working as well. Have you tried

as I mentioned above, there has been no request ID returned in the
incoming SOAP - only the
InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR was returned. If you
want another recent occurrence of a returned SOAP similar to the one I
posted above, I can get it for you.

Do you have the request ID for a recent request that demonstrates the issue?

Hi Eric,

yes, I'm still seeing that error today and it's been like that for at
least the last week. I'm therefore inclined to believe that this isn't
just a temporary outage for this account. If there's anything else
that you can find, that would be most appreciated.

Thanks,
Joshua

Hi Joshua,

I've looked into the logs and from what I can tell these errors were due to
a temporary outage in the service. I haven't seen any occurrences today,
are you still seeing the issue?

Hi Joshua,

I had to delete your last post because it contained your developer token.
You may want to reset your developer token in the AdWords API Center to
ensure no one else has access to it. In the future it is enough to simply
post the request ID of the response.

InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR in CustomerSyncService

2011-05-05 Thread jchan
Hello everyone,

I've recently been working with a new adwords account and I've been
getting a
InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR @
[Ljava.lang.StackTraceElement;@8f692e
after using CustomerSyncService.Get on the Campaigns in this account.
The error pops up on different campaigns at different attempts so it
doesn't seem to be consistently having a problem with just one
campaign.

I have only seen this happen to one adwords account among many that
I've been working with. The incoming soap log entry doesn't seem to
exist for this particular error but here's a successful request for
another campaign in this account.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Joshua
