Re: Missing Keyword Data
Hi Manuel, I'm not aware of any delays in the reporting system. If you have more technical information you can share please let us know. Re: Missing Keyword Data
Hi Eric; finally after a couple of weeks, i wanted to go live with our v201109 migrated application since I thought that all basic API-features should be stable in the meantime (including real-time reports). Unfortunately just I experienced a delay of ~7 minutes with keyword reports. This is very sad and did not happen with v13 reports. Is there anything I can do to help you solving this issue ? Re: Missing Keyword Data
Hi Michael, hi Eric, I guess I'm experiencing the same issues with adhoc keyword performance reports. After adding and deleting several keywords via the API and retrieving a new report afterwards, some of the deleted keywords still exist in the report and vice versa, whereas UI results are up-to-date. Missing Keyword Data
Hi, I ran a Keyword Performance Report and a Criteria Performance report to retrieve all the keywords in an account. I noticed a discrepancy between the ad hoc report results and the UI results. One keyword showing as Deleted in the UI is coming over as Paused in the ad hoc report. Another keyword appearing as Paused in the UI doesn't come over at all in either report. I also tried adding Status, AdGroupStatus, and CampaignStatus filters to include all possible values. I am including zero impressions in the report definition. I also removed all columns except AdGroup ID and ID in the report definition but the keyword still doesn't appear.
