i cant use the TestAccount, sory for my english.

i get this error, QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP .

Hi all,

In general, the accounts will be marked as test accounts before you receive 
an email.  The quickest way to test is to make a request against the test 
account.  If you use an unapproved developer token and the request 
succeeds, the account has been made a test account.  Approved developer 
tokens can use to TestAccount 
fieldto
 verify.

- 324-173-3804 - one of the two requested accounts was already serving 
(i.e. has campaigns), the other was made a test account (-9979)
- 945-772-2971 - is now a test account

We applied for a test account (263-265-3518) more than 10 days ago and 
never got any e-mail confirmation. Is it possible to confirm our account is 
already a test account?

My Client ID is 225-310-4177.
I applied test account 10 days ago, and still have no reply.
By your post, I understand that applicants can use test accounts before 
email arrives.
But it do not mentioned about delay or undelivered.
So, I just want to make sure that It's right thinking that my case, API 
request success but no email reply, is normal ?
