I'm glad you were able to solve that issue. What client customer ID are you 
using to make the call? Make sure you are using a client account and not a 
manager account but make sure you have specified the manager account ID as the 
login-customer-id. If you don't believe this is the issue, please share your 
complete detailed request and response logs via Reply privately to author so 
that I can further investigate the issue. You can find information on enabling 
logging in the dropdown of your client library on the left-hand side of the 
screen here.

Hi Mitchell,

 

  Thank you for the help.

Good news is we found the access email account and enabled the API button, 
there are no error in the response now. But we can still get empty data 
like the log above. We have no idea how to locate the problem further. 
Please help us and let us know if there is any information you need.

which email was used to create that project but it should be the email that was 
initially used to create your Google Ads manager account. You can also just 
create a new project and generate new credentials to use for Google Ads API 
(instructions here).
