I think the shipping comes down a bit when you actually go to check out.  I
was seeing crazy shipping costs up front, it still wound up being quite a
bit, but not what I originally thought.

Are you guys paying the massive shipping costs too?

One duplex LC/LC cable is only $12, but it's coming up as $34 shipping.  
Each additional cable raises the shipping cost by $10-20 Or is that what 
you mean by paying the tariff?

Chris, we need them in SCA-SCU.  Our plant is almost always SCA, but for
rooftops we need to do SCA-SCU to go to a BiDi SFP in a radio.
Craig, those look pretty solid.  Not sure why you would pay the tariff,
china pays that... (too soon to break lent?).  I'll order a batch and check
them out.  Price seems great.

Corning makes a "rugged drop" assembly Graybar has them in stock in several
sizes. Not armored but very sturdy jacket, I think they only come in SC/APC
ends. We use for run from NID to a baseboard jack.

Craig, Do you have any pics of them?  what does construction on them look
like on a simplex cable?

I recently found someone who says they can do Corning or OFS 4.8mm at a
reasonable price.  Dropped my first order but the lead is like a month as
well.
