Exact same thing happened to me too with an Electric Lightwave (Integra) 
order placed like maybe 8 months before that buyout. Zayo said they had 
no obligation to honor any ELI/Integra orders and the monthly cost would 
now be double and they acted like they were doing us a favor. The 
generous offer was declined.

Also if you look at their contract terms, cancellation policy, and sign 
said doc without modification you should have your head examined.  I 
sure that way about myself when I went to get out of their contract 
after 10 years.   And supposedly the CEO and I were friends at one point 
in our lives...
