Thankfully we don't have Zayo for any fiber but we had colo space in a datacenter they bought and boy has the experience changed. We were paying fair rates for colo and cross connects with the old company and now Zayo is jacking up our price 30% overnight to "Market Rates".
We asked them to work with us and they refused so we threatened to cancel and they said go for it. So we submitted our cancellation request last month and we're ending our relationship with them due to their bullying behavior.
