The Prism Gen 2 uses "standard" UBNT passive 24v POE.  +4,5 -7,8.  I've
seen netonix switches claiming as much as 12 watts draw from one when
running.  I wouldn't be surprised if their startup draw may be a bit higher.

Sounds like you may not have enough current to power on all of the prisms.
You certainly want a 24v 2.5A power supply at least.  You also may have to
use the barrel plug instead of POE in to get enough juice.

If you can deal with the slightly higher latency involved in running
tdd-ptp mode I'm not sure that there is a hard limit for ePMP.  If there is
it is likely 60+ miles.  Running ePTP mode though there are distance limits
of 32 miles for 20Mhz and 15 Miles for 40Mhz.
