No communication. It fine for someone taking ownership, but that’s not what our customers want, they want to be able to call in and get any of our engineers and its very important that they all communicate about issues. We also don’t want a “person” that is just in it for a job, we want someone that will grow with the company, participate in holidays and events that we have etc. part of the benefits as well.
