Our installer makes $18 per hour (40 hour work week - time and a half
beyond 40).  Just offered 50 cents more per hour if he passes the A+ and
$1.00 more per hour if he passes the Network+.  Also, he needs to do it on
his own time, and I have offered to reimburse him for the cost of the tests
if he passes.

They have to take pictures.  Mounting, cable run, wall penetration, inside, etc.

We also check AP and CPE rx levels, CINR, mcs, link test etc.
