Spin up a separate LLC for tower stuff.  Do all the right employee stuff, etc. 
Just carry your tower insurance under that LLC and have the LLC do the work.

The preliminary response from The Hartford was that I needed a contractor
to do any on-tower work. I'm still waiting on some feedback there.

I'll check if liability already covers it for me. It would be great if it
did..

Travelers does ours but I wouldn't classify them as really good. If
liability only maybe that would be covered under your umbrella if you
listed the address and equipment and type of asset.
