Yea ... Unless I move, I am prohibited from doing WISP stuff.

I did have a Colorado WISP trying to sell but that state is to small. It is
Ali within Jab's reach.

I wouldn't know since I have never used it but I can't imagine any modern
billing system for WISP's failing to produce a 477 upload file. You can't
imagine how fun it was to tell the FCC to sod off when they called about a
late filing.

I suspect it's because there is yet to be a good solution. Their either way 
over priced like visp and powercode, or you need to be or hire an expert with 
Linux and/or security for billmax and platypus.

I'd like to find something low cost and turnkey that is simple and easy to use 
for both my techs and customers...and that works and is out of beta.
