I've had good success with www.logobench.com. $160 for multiple concepts
and they'll revise them
to your liking.

If you already know exactly what you want, you're likely going to end
up with a less than professional or original design. Branding is
important.

99designs.com is very worth it. I don't know what you're looking at /
using now, but having a design contest with a guaranteed cash prize
will get some good designers lined up.
