How does your AGI you plan to create generate related data to goal data? (future data, using past data) How does it understand a sentence / its meaning? Does it use frequency, reward, context, etc? No nets? If you use sequence prediction alone it can do all functions, just by using 'turing tape attention'. You'll end up finding that all of a plan it makes consist of little plans/programs and they all interact, using the data and nothing else.
