Re: [all-audio] Further VLC question
Ah yeah, I see. Well, perhaps if you use the touch cursor or object navigation 9can't remember what screen-reader you are using) you willb e able tos ee this in formation. While vlc has a ton of useful keyboard commands, screen-readers don't seem to do well in all the dialogues/screens of the programme. -Original Message- From: all-audio@groups.io On Behalf Of Tom Kaufman Sent: January 6, 2023 2:22 PM To: all-audio@groups.io Subject: Re: [all-audio] Further VLC question If I'm going to be able to confirm what time I have set...yes! www.hartgen.org check out leasey advanced. Lots of great shortcuts, and other things in there along with some great vlc scripts. Re: [all-audio] Further VLC question
Buying Leasey seems like overkill just to be able to do that. Not really sure how it's supposed to help. Never did really get into the idea of trying it out and now my JAWS is a bit past it so doubtless I'd have to upgrade that as well. Re: [all-audio] Further VLC question
I also would like to know (using VLC) if you can go to a specific place in a file) so let's say you've been listening or watching a file, but don't have time to take it all in: can you issue a command so you can pick up right where you left off the next time? You can do this in Winamp (may be other players where this can be done) so am wondering if VLC will allow for that?
