It was created in m69 and has only ever been used with that version. I can't remember all the history, since this was just a tiny proof-of-concept. I know I made and then dropped a couple of table before I could get the organisation I wanted, and experimented with different forms and queries. At one stage I made a form which displayed the results of a saved query, and then deleted the query, which seemed to cause problems: I couldn't, so far as I remember, access the old form to delete it.
