As with gif file format it is always saved in 96 dpi resolution, (being this same resolution windows defaults to) the ratio is 1 so the image is not scaled. For Page Up it says "Scroll up one screen", which is NOT the same as moving forward one slide. There are large sliding bars on the display that are (from my viewpoint) not too helpful - they just move the slide out of the optimal view it shows up in. There could be buttons next to them for moving around by slide. So it is a design question: If there are several ways to do something, it is handy to allow all of them. This is a fundamental operation for working with slides. Everything else seems to be controlled by clicking on the screen. Hi,
This build is a *no-java* build
Context : Linux PowerPC G4 / on Debian Linux (sid) / kernel 2.6.9 / gcc-3.3
Since Java definitively don't work , I just try to build OOo2 on LinuxPowerPC.
The problem : some files *.xcu were not found

After some investigations, I found a directory containing some .xcu with the
one I was searching for. After created the unxlngppc.pro/misc/filters directory,
and done a new "build" in filter, a second error occured :

Sure all the *xcu files were necessary, so I have copied all the stuff in
unxlngppc.pro/misc/filters. This time, a new "build" was successfull.
And because I have not found where the directory wasn't created, I just propose
the following workaround :
1) create unxlngppc.pro/misc/filters directory
2) copy all .xcu found inside filter/source/fragments/filters
3) build and deliver in filter do it

Everything is installed by default. When the current input language is Russian, keyboard shortcuts do not work. For example Ctrl+A should select whole text, but it types russian letter Ð (F). Please follow me. 1. Open new drawing 2. Draw a rectangle width 3mm by hight 2 mm 3. Introduce width dimension by choosing "main tool bar"" => "lines and arrows" => "dimension lines". 4. Draw the width dimension to correspond with width of rectangle => "3mm" 5. Read width and hight in the status bar on bottom => read 5,54 x 2,55 mm = NOK 6. Press "F4" => "Position and Size" => "Size" => read Width = 5,55 mm = NOK 5. If you want to change the size of the Dimension over the "F4" window an incorrect value occures. 6. The problem is basically the same when a vertical dimension is introduced. Ergo: setting horisontal and vertical dimensions does not work according to normal CAD criterias. Please present a solution.
