The vertical pitch changed to 0.04 (instead of 0.00) and the width and height (respectively) copied the pitch values. So: it looks like the formula is being copied rather than the value, and then moved relative, then evaluated locally. The formatting is also copied. I have scanned for this bug in your database. A similar one exists where external data links are wrong, but it was 'closed' with a comment of 'WORKSFORME' from the developer. If I put a row of controls on a dialog, select them, and copy and paste them, the newly pasted items are not aligned to the originals. Even worse, there is no method via the GUI to make them align. Controls seem to 'snap to grid' when dragged around on the dialog ... HOWEVER ... the grid is not a common grid, but a grid which is specific to the controls you have selected. I suspect this is because the dialog editor only allows you to move controls by a fixed amount each time ( for example, by 10 pixels ), so the position(s) you can drag a control to are defined by their original position on the dialog.
