' It is a service that maintains a list of bitmaps that are internal ' to the document. Dim oBitmaps as Object Dim cNewURL as String oBitmaps = oDoc.createInstance( com.sun.star.drawing.BitmapTable ) If oBitmaps.hasByName (cInternalName) Then oBitmaps.replaceByName (cInternalName, cUrl) Else ' Add an external graphic to the BitmapTable of this document. oBitmaps.insertByName( cInternalName, cUrl ) End If ' Now ask for it back. ' What we get back is an different Url that points to a graphic ' which is inside this document, and remains with the document. cNewUrl = oBitmaps.getByName( cInternalName ) LoadGraphicIntoDocument = cNewUrl End Function It throws a NoSuchElementException when asking back the name with the getbyname function. And it seems to do that only once it was running the insertbyName section. Obviously the InsertByName function does not work properly. The replacebyName does not throw a runtime error, but it does not seem to do anything either. I did not do thorough tests on that point, but the InsertByName is definitely not functioning anymore. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. Working with chemistry-related stuff: According to Tools Configure Keyboard [ctrl shift b] should format the highlighted text to be sunk (i.e. as the 2 in H2O). However it doesn't. I get an underlined capital B. Now, when I try to click elsewhere, the same format B is pasted where I click. Backspace to remove the B removes not just this letter, but the two in front as well. Maybe this has something to do with 2.0.1 being known as 2.0 to the installer, just as 2.0.0 was? If you look in the control panel, software, OOo 2.0.1 is just mentioned as 2.0. Up to OOo 1.1.5, this worked very well, formulas were all inserted and automatically got the correct size. Trying the same code on OOo 2.0, the formulas now always get a size of 0.20x0.47. [installation-issues] [Issue 58845] User cannot start OOo aft er updating from 2.0.0 to 2.0.1
To comment on the following update, log in, then open the issue: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=58845 --- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Dec 11 11:15:55 -0800 2005 --- I can confirm this in OOo 2.0.1 RC4 german version. The installer had to run a second time as admin. The installer needs the directory where the unpacked files are stored. If he had no chance to find it, you run into an error: netrource (...) not found. The files, that are missed, had to be installed in the second round. This is especialy a great problem, if you had to install in a network of an enterprise. The admin are not able to install every PC personaly. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. OOo uses DirectShow on windows for media-Playback. You need to install directShow filters for the mediatypes. If Windows Media Player cannot playback the file, OOo's mediaplayer won't either. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. [sw-issues] [Issue 59212] New - Rectangles instead o f bullets in standard bullet list
To comment on the following update, log in, then open the issue: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=59212 Issue #:|59212 Summary:|Rectangles instead of bullets in standard bullet list Component:|Word processor Version:|OOo 2.0.1 Platform:|All URL:| OS/Version:|Windows XP Status:|NEW Status whiteboard:| Keywords:| Resolution:| Issue type:|DEFECT Priority:|P3 Subcomponent:|formatting Assigned to:|mru Reported by:|jrahemipour --- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Dec 11 11:26:26 -0800 2005 --- Found in 2.0.1 RC4, WinXP Reproduce following steps: - write some characters in a writer document - click on icon Bullets On/Off to start a list - press return to create next paragraph - press tab to change to level 2 - a rectangle instead of a bullet appears (same in level 5 and 8) I can reproduce this behaviour only with 2.0.1, if I try it on the same system with 2.0, the bullets are ok. So it seems to be not a font issue. Another curious thing: If you start the list with F12 (or format - bullets and numbering) and change it to bullets, the list is ok. If you start another list in the same document by using the icon Bullets On/Off after that, this list is ok, too. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
