Then I opened a few drawings I created with Draw, I pressed Ctrl + A to select the entire drawing and then hit Ctrl + C to copy. In Writer I then hit Ctrl + V to copy the image in the example document. I did this with in total three images - saap_tocs.odg, organigram_klanteteams.odg, organigram_simpel.odg - and then I saved the document as - example_draw_copy.odg - which I attached. When I opened the document again, I noticed that the image organigram_simpel.odg, which I inserted on the last page of the documented, isn't displayed correctly anymore. After opening the document again, the table of contents was moved to the first page, and the second page where the table of contents used to be was gone, the third page now being the second page. The exact steps taken are as follows: 1. Open OpenOffice.org Writer 2. Type the word "Title" on the first page, which uses the "Default" paragraph style. 3. Assign the "First Page" page style to the first page. 4. Choose "Insert -> Manual Break... -> Page break -> Style: Index" to insert a page break after the word "Title". 5. The second page now has the page style "Index". 6. Insert another page break, this time with the style "Default". 7. On the third page, type a chapter title, "Chapter title" and assign it the paragraph style "Heading 1" so that it will be detected by the table of contents automatically. 8.
