My teammate reported this on 2007-09-01, but has only now had time to send in a
screenshot.
As you may be able to see from the attachment, we have three problems with the
Windows install
wizard (the problems appear on more than one page, but so far my teammate has
only sent the
screenshot for page 1):
1. The titlebar is not translated. (Should it be?)
2. "Welcome to the OpenOffice.org Install Wizard" is broken up: there are
spaces between letters where
there shouldn't be. It looks very messy. The string from the GSI file is:

Hi,
I am using java code to remotely connect to Open Office Server for generating
documents.I am using Open Office 2.1.
Initially everything works fine.
But after few rounds fo testing suddenly I encounter a
DisposedConnectionException and my connection to Open Office server fails .The
documents stop generating.

For example, if Appendix and Appendices are both in the dictionary, typing in the first few letters will always show Appendices as the only candidate. There should be a keyboard command (say up/down arrows, which I think is what the below issue also recommends) for matching candidates. Up/Down could go up and down in the dictionary alphabetically. It could display candidates above and below the cursor position and scroll them through the line on which the cursor rests. While this verges on a feature enhancement (and well worth it; this is the main reason I use OOo over MS Word, because it reduces keystrokes and so carpal tunnel syndrome) it is also a bugfix (since Appendix will never be shown as a candidate, despite it being in the dictionary and also being used >90% of the time compared to Appendices. Also I don't know if there is a way to permanently remove Appendices from the dictionary, since wouldn't it get re-added to it at a later time automatically? So this could pollute the dictionary. A quick fix would be to only use the most commonly used ones but still, I think candidates are needed. Anyway if Visual Studio can do it...
