The loading screen or anything else doesn't come up. I looked on the OpenOffice.org site to see if there was a new version for Snow Leopard that I needed to download. I saw that 3.1.1 was available and I had 3.1.0, so I downloaded the new version, but that didn't fix anything. It still won't start. Per instructions I tried to export a spreadsheet file I created. Im using OOo-dev 3.2.0 and I did not find the option to export this file as a .ppt. So I tried to "Save as..." a .ppt. It worked fine when opening it with Powerpoint 2007. Tried using kwalve's file and got the same error as him. The graph i created was a Column Graph whereas kwalve's was a Line graph. Went back and made a Line Graph (different data was used) and saved it as a ppt. When I tried open in Powerpoint the image would not show. Similarly, this occured with Pie and Bubble Graphs as well. Bar, Net and Scatter point graphs seem to be working fine. All of these where tested with charts with only 7 data values. In my test, I was able to insert a blank slide, however; I could not take a note on it. First step is to configure to see the pointer as a pen. Thus, go to slideShow/slideShow setting/ and the check the box "mouse pointer as pen" Then I created 5 new slides, and press F5 to initiate the Slideshow. During the presentation I tried to test the feature under 3 different scenarios: 1) a- insert black/white slide right after the first slide 1) b-insert a black/white between 2nd and 5th slide 1) c-insert a black/white slide right after the last slide. 2) I try to use the pen to take any note. What happened: in step 2, i wasn't able to see what I wrote with my pen until I release the mouse button. After this, the blank slide dissapear and the original slide (the one which I previously design) goes back with the new notes that I took. I always got the same result. Although I was able to insert the black/white slide, I could never take note on it. This is bad for 3 things: 1 you can't see what you are writting. 2 the notes are taken in the original slide rathen than the one inserted during the presentation 3 you can not take many notes since the original slide comes up as soon as you release the mouse button. The Navigator windows is still there, though it was closed in full screen, and the Stylist window is displayed too, even though it never appeared in fullscreen. Even if you docked the Navigator and Stylist window to the left side of the document area, for example, when you change to fullscreen mode there's no way to display them because no handle is shown where the window was docked. After the update, all OpenOffice icons seem to be lost: in the toolbars, in the group bar, menues etc of all applications.
