When I create a new slide, and insert an image with the same dimensions as the
slide, the image is not positioned at (0, 0), but is instead positioned slightly
off - for me it's (-0.04cm, -0.04cm).

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create/open a presentation.
2) Select a slide in Normal view.
3) Using the menu, Insert-Picture-From File...
4) Select an image with the same dimensions (width height) as the slide (e.g.:
1024x768).
5) Right-click the inserted image, open Position and Size dialog.
6) The default X and Y positions are -0.04cm.

Expected result:
The X and Y positions should both be 0cm.

And still present in 3.0.

I was surprised when I read the comments for this issue, I thought that maybe
that had changed the dialog, and so it hadn't been in real usage yet.
Unfortunately, it would seem that this either hasn't been noticed by a large
number of users, or the developers think it's too hard to do. I'm having trouble
believing either of these options.

Can a developer please take this on and fix this?!
