 1. update ports tree
 2. cd /usr/ports/editors/openoffice.org-3/;
 3. patch  bad-transfer.patch

Failed ... as far I understand, the patch has been included in the port tree :

Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected!  Assume -R? [y] 
... etc. If I try to build OOO it fail quickly

 4. rebuild everything

Without the patch (only with fresh ports), now work for me. I was able to
install french dictionnary.

Tested on 7.2-RELEASE-p1/amd64 and 7.2-RELEASE-p1/i386

When I try to install an extension I get an error message which say : 
bad tranfer url.

The file ~/.openoffice.org/3/user/uno_packages/cache/log.txt contain entry :

I get this bug, for instance when I try to install the french dictionnary :
/usr/local/openoffice.org-3.0.0/openoffice.org3/share/extension/install/dict-fr.oxt
. But I get the same error with other extensions.

This is on OOO 3.0.0 on FreeBSD version 7.1, and on version
fr-openoffice.org-3.2.20090131. This bug is the same than 82690 which has been
closed by mistake.

I put a high priority because as the dictionnary has to be installed as an
extension, OOO become unusable for a non-english user.
