The first image is automatically scaled by OO, the second image is scaled by me. I save as HTML, and get the correct image size in the html, however when I see the image itself, it seems like the image is still in original size. I try to compare different computer with the same version of Open Office installed (V 2.3), some of the computer has Helvetica font (and the en dash appear in the pdf file), some of the computer has only Helvetica-Narrow and some of them dont have both.
