Hello at all

akkana wrote: I use the mousewheel to scroll down and continue proofreading.

I think, I have the same problem with my mouse, after I used the weel. I don't
know, why it happens, but sometimes after I only scrolled down with the wheel,
the window jumps back, where the cursor is. I'm not sure, if it's a problem with
refrehing the screen and have the cursor outside and used to scroll the wheel.

I'm not sure, but I think, it happens sometimes, when I use the mousewheel and
only scroll half and then back, but I'll take a look too.

I think, I have the same problem in OOo2.3.1. If not, I'll open a new issue.

I have english words in my german text. Now I have changed the language from
this words to english and the word isn't underlined now, but in the
documentindex, the word is shown as wrong too.
I think, this is a bug, because it should only be a reference to the word in the
text and because of this, the spellchecker shouldn't check this text too. The
word should only be underlined, if the original is.
I don't know the code, but I think, the underlining could be taken as attribut
from the original word and be set, if the word is underlined from the
spellchecker, but the spellchecker itself shouldn't look at the dictionary
itself.

Hope you understand ma case. I have given an attachment to show the bug.

I had to work with a document from another person with a font, which I haven't
installed. Because the person liked the substituted font, I tried to find out,
which one does it was.
The problem is, that this font isn't showed in the font menu. There is only the
sentence (backtranslated from german): This font isn't installed. The font which
fits best, is used.
If here is written: The font which fits best: font xxx, is used. All is alright
and I don't have to search the font in my ~1500fonts. I haven't found him until
now.

Short solution: Show the sentence with the substituted fontname inside. I think,
this isn't a big thing, but it will help a lot.

I have a real writer document (not imported) which includes 18 stylesheets.
The saved document has only 126kB (optimized). Now I have 243 pages and 432
chapters. After changing from 2.0.4 to 2.1, the document is very slow. If I
wonna write, I have to wait 5 seconds and more. The same for copy/paste.

Could somebody take a look, if it's the version or what? I don't think, it is
the laptop (1GB RAM 1.86GHz Pentium-M (Dell Latitude d810i)).

What do you mean with the list styles?

It could be, because I have exported it to word and had to reimport it. But the
original is almost 2 Years old. Could be, that I have imported it, but I thougt,
it was original OOo, but first it was a sxw. I know I had troubles with the doc
earlier (wrong new numeration with WWW8Num1) and had to change the Listtype. It
was error 46588.

I have the same problem. The file is 18MB big. Compressed 2MB. The file is
readable by Autocad LT 2005. Could be, that it was produzed by Autocad 2004. I
don't find any information, if I open the file in notepad, which is possible.

OOo 2.1 hangs on ~65%.

Unfortunalitly I can't attach it, because it is to big for the 1MB Limit and I'm
not sure if it's a good idea to split ist.

Hello

To understand my writing, you should open the picture first and take a look to
it while reading ;-)

I have set the ruler of an enumeration to 1.5cm (1). The next heading starts at
the same entrainment (3).
If I edit the enumeration(2-There is the cursor) and after wonna edit the
heading under it(3), by the first click, OOo wonna move the rulersettig(1) in
the enumeration(2).

I think, this behavior is wrong, because the focus have to be set to the heading
be clicking and not to the enumeration above, where I was first. Because in this
case, the rulersetting of the wrong item will be changed. Or is it right, that
the focus of the cursor won't be changed by clicking to another entry?

Hello

The jump to the saved cursor has a bug with using with the mousescroll. It jumps
back to the last edited line, while I scroll through the document.
Because of this, I have to stop after scrolling and click in the viewed page. If
I don't do this, OOo will jump back to the last edited line. It isn't every
time, but because I don't know when it will do it again, I have to click every
time.

I will report again, if I know more about it.

I use the official 2.0 build from the german homepage.
Have you tested it with the special document? I can use it and all works fine
with saving in the old sxw. But if I try the new odt, the error with the
numbering comes back.

Problem isn't solved. I'm on the way from bug 46588 over bug 48927 to this bug.
I'm working with a document, that has the error inside. I use the OOo2.0 and the
original document. I could save it only as sxw, because saving as odt will make
the document corrupt. It is the same document as you could see in the bugs
above.

Because of this, I hope you can reopen the bug. If necessary, I'll file the
ducument again.

short description of the known errors:

- If you copy the numbered part, it will start agian from 1.

- If you use line numbering, the custum settings (Aufzhlung...) will disappear
(numbering)

I have to use 1.9.79 with sxw, because newer versions shows me this errors. I
couldn't use also the odt-format, because it gives me this errors too (a little
bit different, could be).

I'm not sure, if this is, because the doc was converted from 1.9.56, or if I
have started with this doc after the mimetype-changing.

I'm not sure, if this is the same theme like in 4. If so, then reopen it, if
necessary.

My problem is as follow:

I have a text like this:

text 1
text 2
 bulletparagraph 1 (with text)
bulletparagraph 2 (only the bullet through return)

If I copy text 1 and text 2 to the bp 2. The text 2 will not change its style to
bp (still is declared as text), but it will have a bullet in front. Then I need
to delete it by hand.

Is this normal or necessary? Couldn't it be changed, that the bullet will not be
there, if I copy text inside (bullet is part of bp, not part of text).

I have uploaded a file, that contains a graphicerror in the first line, if I
import it, to the 2.0beta.

If I click the button eith the autofilter, the line inside the button isn't
showed again.

I seems, that the line is only a fragment of not repainting agian.

Could you verify this or is this a new error?

Because I'm not sure this will be seen in all versions, I send a screenshot too.

If I open the file, the menu is shown a few (only at the left side). If I scroll
down and up again, the menu couldn't be seen.

If I click in the left upper corner to mark the whole table, the menu is shown
again.

Hope, you could verify, if this is only the error of not repainting and will be
fixed with this, or if this is another importing error.

Here another problem. Found in XP and Linux. The savebar is showed there, where
she was, when OO was opened. This means, that if you open OO as window and makes
it after this bigger to the whole window, the savebar appears in the document
inside.
I'll send an attachement to show it.

Hello

I'm not sure, if this is the right component (larger description in the
issuedescription would be nice).

If I save a document, I receive Graphicerrors in the savebar. While the saving,
not all points are vieable. A few are deleted while saving.

I take a look at home, but I think, this isn't only a Compaq Armada E500
problem.

Hello

I have tested it in Linux and XP. I open DicOOo (why only 1.3.3 included?), but
after choosing German, the Button StarteDicOOo doesn't work.
If I try the version on the net (1.4.1) and activate the macros, I have no
troubles.

Hello

If this isn't the right place (writer), move it to the right component. I don't
found the right one. The problem was found in writer, but exists in other
components too.

I have the following problem. In my Linux, the window for editing the separator
is to small. I will send the picture, if I'm at home. Here on my workplace I
verified it with XP and have found out, that the problem here doesent' exists.

I use KDE 3.3.1 updated from the SuSE-RPM-Server.

Does anybody else have this problem too? This is only a problem because the box
has a fixed size and so, it's only possible to see: Dem Gebietsschema
entsprechend(.
The .) isn't viewable.

Hope I'm right here. I have not the same problem, but it is the same theme. I'm
using the 1.9.69 here on Windows XP and if I make a copy with a large text or
so, then the edit menu is very large, because it shows all, what's possible
until the screen is finished. I'll send an attachement to show it.

I'm not sure, if it was the whole time here, because I never saw this before.

I'm using swiss german and my system (KDE) uses the point (.) as separator. I
have switched the default to swiss german in OOo because now (just since 1.9.74)
the komma is used on the keyboard as separator (only the one on the decimal
block). In no other programm else.

Now I could set the option use decimal separator in the language settings like
I want. It uses every time the point on the keyboard as komma. If I set the
language to default, it appears the sentence: use like system (,) and if I
choose this or not, the komma is used. If I switch to swiss german, it changes
to (.). But here the same, only the (,) appears in the spreadsheet if I press
the key which normally gives me a point (.).

It is the same in new or old documents.

Since I have changed from 1.9.56 to 1.9.74 I can't open files from this kind of
file.
If I like to open it in the mainwindow, the openbutton turns to white und after
a few seconds, the window close and it is like I've never tried to open it. All
other files that I have works fine (.doc, .sxw ...). I've tried with open in the
spreadsheeteditor. But no chance.

In the help it's written, that oos will be used, but it saves with ods
(opendocspreadsheet).

Hope, this bug could be fixed.

I have made a new version (before this, no versioncontrol exists in this doc). I
saved it with a commend and after this, I showed the commend, closed it and
tried to compare. I haven't changed anything between. After pressing the button,
I recieved a Abnormal program exception from the Microsoft c++ and the OOo
terminated. After restart, the dokument was here without a problem. Now I have
tested it with a new text inside, but not saved again, the doc. crashes again.
It's the same with saving 2 versions and compare them. It's the same error,
which is showed in the picture, which I send after this report.
