Create a drawing with two pages. On the first enter some text, make it a
hyperlink to the second page; test the hyperlink: works fine in OO-draw.

Then export the whole to html. 

Export ok, result can be displayed in firefox, but the link on the first page
does not work.

Thanks! Making the format visible is a great function, I like it, did not know
this before.
But now I have the following problem:
reformatting the cells (after marking the whole column C or some of the filled
cells) and then trying to reformat those cells to number or to text does not
work!
The cells remain in their format, ignoring the reformatting.
What is wrong here?

see attached the calc file.
In cell C62 (and also the other cells below) there is a
data-validity-check/constraint given (see Daten-Gültigkeit-Kriterien...), using
the cell-range $C$2:$C$47 as the range for the valid values.
This range contains the value 27, but entering this value in cell C62 yields an
invalid value-error.

So, if I select A1 through A10, and A4 has underlined text, then it is not
possible to underline/de-underline them all at once.

When you make a simple pivot-table which counts the occurrences of all texts in
a column, and if there is a date of the year 2008 (displayed in the format
'TT.MM.' = day + month) in the column, and today is in 2009, then the resulting
pivot-table will have the date-cell with correct day + month, but the year 2009.

I have to correct my above issue:

1) Only if the whole text of the paragraph has a font-effect, then changing the
paragraph-format deletes the font-effect; i.e. if only some words have
font-effects, then these are not changed.

2) this also happens for bold, underline, italic, ...

In the first paragraph set all text minus the last blank to bold. Then delete
this last blank.

In the second paragraph set all text to bold.

stay bold, but not in the second paragraph!

Suggestion: the different instances of OOO should be separate in a way, that
problems of one app (writer, calc, base, ...) SHOULD NOT AFFECT the others. 

E.G. when sometimes I work with my big OO-spreadsheet and it needs some time to
calculate (1-2 Minutes), during this time I can not use Writer, which is
blocked; only when Calc has finished its calculations, then Writer responds 
again.

Also, when it occurs, that one of the ooo-apps really hangs and the only way to
continue working seems to be closing it before with task-manager, then all
ooo-apps are closed. This is not very fine.

Still I do like OOO.

I have a spreadsheat, using automatic-word-wrapping (Automatischer
Zeilenumbruch, Ooo german version). Column 2 has some text in the cells so that
some of them are larger in height (need 2 or more lines) due to the larger
amount of text they contain.

If the focus is not in the first line of the visible part of the spreadsheet,
then pushing PageDown-Button results in that it goes too far, i.e. there are
several cells (e.g. 5) between the formerly displayed part of the spreadsheet
and the resulting visible part of the spreadsheet.

Is this a feature? I think it is not very usefull, if you want to view all the
cells and want to avoid clicking hundred times the Down-Button.

In Weblayout-View with zoom-factor set to 110%, scrolling down with mouse
pushing on the scrollbar produces stochastically horizontal lines within the
text, making it somewhat badly readable. 
But any redraw of the OO-Text window (i.e. switching to another application and
then switching back) removes the stochastic lines.

Some time later this did not occur any more. Maybe the text-formatting
(line-heights ...) was still working in the background?

If I want to print lines 33,36,37,39 and select only these, then I chose
Selected in the print-dialog, but Calc still will print all lines from 33 to

Please see the files attached.
The problem is, that neither Standard-Filter nor Auto-Filter work proberly 
with this spreadsheet.
1) set Autofilter on, then in column Phase select i.e. 2, and you will get 
many hits with values 1,2,3,4 instead of only 2

2) same with Standard-filter: column phase = 2 yields also other rows that do 
not fit in the filter criteria.

See attached the sxc-file, and three screenshots demonstrating the problem.

attached is a drawing with a lot of text on the left side. After Exporting,
viewing the svg-File with Adobe-SVG-Plugin  Internet Explorer does not show the
text. But the text is contained in the svg-file as can easily be verified.

Hello!

I constructed a color-palette for OO-Draw, perhaps it is useful also for the
other OO-applications. You are free to use it, change the color names ...

I made it because the included palettes are somewhat poor or at least not very
well ordered. 
It consists of the following colors in several degrees of saturation and
brightness: red, green, blue, cyan, magenta, yellow, grey and 6 other mixed 
colors.

Hello!
I suggest the following enhancement:

When using connectors, which I want to label with some text, I suffer from the
fact that the text is not lying on the connector but instead in the middle of
the shortest line between the two connected points, i.e. sometimes far away from
the path of the connector.

I would appreciate if the connector's text would always stick to (and wander
around with) the actual path of the connector.

Please see the attached gif. 
The text Q_error belongs to the connector with the red-marked end-points.

Found a useful workaround, well - it's simple!
Just make two connectors, the first one starting from the first point and
pointing without arrow to a text-field, then the second connector from the
text-field to the second point! Looks nice, see attached gif below.

When trying to insert an ole-object (ms-access Database) Draw did not respond
some minutes (why is there no progress bar?), then I cancelled the application
with task-manager, then opened the document again. Then Draw said it would
repair the document, after that it automatically reopened the document and then

when the (german) function SUCHEN (search?, lookup?, find? BTW: is there a
translation table to lookup the original english names of OOo-entities, when
using OOo from other languages?)
has the search string e (1. argument), 
and the searched string is a cell, 
starting position = 1
then the function returns an invalid value when the cell does not contain the
letter e. Is this a wanted feature? Should'nt it return 0? I tried to wrap the
function within a WENN (when?, if?) - decision-function, but it didn't help, the
invalid value remains one after passing the wrapping-function WENN.

I would appreciate the documentation of all return-values of these functions, at
least in the german version I didn't find one.

What shall I do with that? Is it a bug?

I like the OOo-spreadsheet very much, so I use it a lot, and would be quite
interested in the following enhancement:

A cell - as for now - can only be conditionally formatted depending on its own
value/Formula. It should be able to conditionally-format a cell, based on the
value/formula of another cell, to enable the following:

column 1 contains the requirement-text, and column 2 the status-value (finished,
started,...). Now, cell in column 1 should be colored depending on the value of
the corresponding cell in column 2. (in reality, I have many more columns, ...)

A text in a cell, longer than the cell and longer than the editing-line, is not
fully displayed when the cursor moves to the cell. Only when clicking on the
cell the editing-line changes into a multi-line, and therefore showing the whole
long text of the cell.

I would appreciate an option which - when checked - would result in the
automatic displaying of the whole cell-text when just moving the cursor to the
cell, without the necessity of a mouse-click into the cell or pressing F2.

I need this for my project-management, where the tasks are writen into single
cells in the first column, which is not very wide so there is space enough on
the screen for other columns.

not seem to be possible with the replace dialog.
With Replace and using the regular expression ^$ as search string it does not

The following enhancements would be of interest:
1) Size: horizontal and vertical size of any object (F4 - size and position) 
should be protectable independantly

2) Position: x- and y-position should also be independantly protectable

This would solve e.g. the following problem:
I want to create a compound object (symbolizing a table) which consists of two 
touching rectangles, the upper one with grey filling and symbolizing the first 
row of the table, and the lower one with white filling and symbolizing the rest 
of the table. 
Now the upper one should be fixed/protected only in its height (the first table 
row containing the table-column-names), and the lower one should not be 
protected at all, so tables with different height and width can be drawn.

Now resizing the compound object of the two tables would result in normal width-
resizing for both rectangles, but in height-resizing only for the lower 
rectangle. Well, if this is too hard to solve or maybe not worth the work, then 
an alternative could be just to resize the two rectangles independently, with 
the upper one being protected in its original height.

Bei der Funktion TEILERGEBNIS bekommt man mit der Gruppenfunktion ANZAHL z.B.
(SP1 = Spalte 1 usw.)

neben dem Resultat der Gruppenfunktion (wie z.B. hier ANZAHL) auch der Wert des
Gruppenfeldes in der Nebenspalte SP2 angegeben wre (Typ 1), oder ggf.
Gruppenfunktion + Wert des Gruppenfeldes (Typ 2)

I need the count-statistics, and you can make the following column using the 
function TEILERGEBNIS (what's the name in english? The Help-function of the 
german OO does not contain the original english names so I don't know the name 
in english! You can click it after Data-Filter in the menu) with the group-
function COUNT:

Data lines are on Sheet P1, the filter description is on sheet P1_Filter. 
The options used are: 
* filter-output goes to sheet P1_Filter (from Cell A20 downwards)
* the filter descriptions are on sheet P1_Filter (Cells A1:T7)
* each filter description line is like '3' in one cell, and '' in another 
cell (the lines differ only in that '' is in a different column).

When I use only 4 or less filter-description-lines (not counting the header-
line with the column-titles), then it works well. Using 5 or more filter-
description-lines issues the message Dieser Bereich enthlt keine gltige 
Abfrage. (= this region does not contain a valid query).
