The package manager registers the package, and its status is given as Enabled, but it only shows a DataAccess.xcu as having been registered. In my case, the postgresql entry in the database wizard doesn't even appear as one of the choices in the dropdown menu of existing databases to connect to. confirming and setting oooqa keyword The platform ought to be reset to ALL as well, since one can't choose 2 or more discrete platforms. After I install the extension using the extensions manager, there is no entry for the Postgres sdbc driver in the "Connect to an existing database" list when I first open Base. I deleted my prefs in my Application Data folder, and have reinstalled again, but the problem persists. Maybe I should try on another computer. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. Add... Choose the file postgresql-sdbc-0.7.4.zip Click "Close" Double click on my Postgres table Enter in my password Click OK I then receive the following error message: The connection to the data source "New Sample Database2" could not be established. SQL Status: HY000 The connection to the external data source could not be established. No SDBC driver was found for the given URL. A connection for the following URL was requested: sdbc:postgresql:dbname=mydb host=myhost.foo.edu One thing I noticed is that no TCP connection is even initiated.
