This problem has been fixed in cws tl78, but a new problem occured - after
switching a html-doc into readonly-mode via edit-button, it can't be switched
back to edit-mode - #112438

cd: As mba already described this is NOT a crash. The document will be closed in
an exception handler as the content cannot be determined. Currently I don't know
why the filter code is not able to detect the type/filter.

Interesting enough I can not reproduce the problem neither on Solaris nor on
Linux. Looks to be a Windows only problem.

The problem was that the new reload functionality has used loadComponentToURL()
call to load a model into a frame. Unfortunately the new implementation has used
model URL instead of private:object, that is required in this case. As result
some locked resources were requested in case of some formats and that has
triggered the exception. On Unix platforms the resources could at least be read,
so it worked by luck.

Fixed in cws tl78.
