I installed OO from the ubuntu repositry, the version is called 2.2.0- 1ubuntu3, i run it under KDE. To underline again: I guess the bug is very specific to linux (maybe even KDE) because Win handles the wheel completly different. At least, i wouldnt expect a list to toggle its content, when i wheel over it, without selecting it first. But in Linux this is default behaviour. OO under Linux does it, but not completly. Now I understand why I didn't understand you at first: This control is not available in the standard OOo. I also checkd in 2.2 on KDE. Thus I guess you have to look for a place at Ubuntu for the issue. Unless - which I'm not aware of - the control is on its way to main stream OOo. I would say this issue is unvalid for this issuetracker. But leave as unconfirmed for a while, to give room for other info.
