The reason for the blank space below the slide is the Draw toolbar.  This
toolbar is marked as being non-context sensitive and therefore is managed by the
framework layout manager, not the tool bar manager of Impress/Draw.  The
framework layout manager does not know about the fullscreen Consequently the
tool bar is turned on when the fullscreen slide show is started.  The canvas
that is used for painting the slides can not handle the painting of tool bars
and just shows a black area instead.

Added code to the PresentationViewShellBase constructor that turns all
non-context sensitve tool bars off.

Modified file is sd/source/ui/view/PresentationViewShellBase.cxxrev.

2006 ---
Made the drawing toolbar context sensitive for both Impress and Draw.  The
ToolBarManager did already handle this toolbar and had not to be modified.

This fix would remove the black bar even without the other fix described above.
