My point is just that the old parts/behaviour is not specd, so the old behaviour is taken as 'wanted behaviour' (-> spec) usually, even if it is an error viewed from nowadays. As long as that is not broken/a regression, it 'works as defined' in that sense. As i already said, if most people like it more to look at this one as defect, it's okay for me in that case, i don't care too much. When the circle is constructed in the first step the circle is a full circle, so You can see it. After the first klick the circle gets start and end angles. Since these are equal until the 3rd click, the circle is a segment with degree zero. When this is painted as draw object, it reduces to a single line what is the correct display of a circle segment with two identical angles. That's what can be seen and has always been dosplayed in that mode (see 5.2). What is missing is an extra display of the circle outline as a help line for orientation during creation interaction. This was never intended and is missing. Adding this is an enchancement in my point of view.
