The text entries in the dialog are, however, different and if the cursor is placed in the Entry sle, it fills with extraneous text. The dialog will not close. To reproduce the problem: 1. Go to line 25 (page 2) and highlight the bulleted phrase 'Gas Cylinders'. 2. Select 'Insert/Edit Index' (I have a button placed on the menu bar) and modify the entry by adding a 1st Key of 'Gas' and checking the box 'Apply to all similar texts'. 3. Click Insert and the Close. On my system - I am using OOo 3.1 on Vista - the dialog doesn't close.
