This was when I decided to raise the issue, having first noticed it on OOO 2.0.0. If there is a later trial version, please let me what it is and where to find it. I have printed the same document out on a HP690C and the envelope was printed out correctly. I do not have access to another PostScript printer, so I cannot check if this is a fault in the PostScript, or a fault in the HD5150D Postscript interpreter. I repeat that the the HD5150D printed the document OK with OOO 1.1.4. It was saved as an __swt template__ for later use. When extra copies were needed, a new text document was opened with the juchenv template. The document was printed using the Brother HL5150D. Up to and including OO1.1.4 this procedure worked perfectly. When I installed OO2.0.0, I used the swt template as previously. The document on sceen and the print preview appeared perfectly. Only the printing failed. I have converted the original swt file to odt, but the printing is still faulty. Because the Brother ppd file provides more facilities, I use that one rather than the Foomatic. I have created a DL envelope using the OO2 wizard. All that produced was a blank page. If I set the orientation to portrait, the envelope printed out as per the print preview. However, as can be expected, the result was useless, but at least the expected result was produced. However, when saved as an sxw file and printed using OO1.1.4, the envelope was printed perfectly. It seems that I shall have to keep an installation of OO1.1.4 (OO1.1.5 shows the same fault as OO2) in order to print a perfectly standard envelope! I later upgraded to OOorg 2.0.0 and 2.0.1. I upgraded my entire system from Mandrake 9.2 to Mandrive 2006. The latter supplies OOorg 1.1.5. When I used OOorg 1.1.4, the printer used was "Generic Postscript". I notice that OOorg 2.0.x takes the list of available printers from the CUPS settings. There is no "Generic Postscript" option. This means that my deduction that the fault was not printer specific was incorrect. I have done some further research, and the problem arose at the transition between OOorg 1.1.4 and 1.1.5. 1.1.4 prints out OK, but 1.1.5 does not. The fault is visible when the Postscript image files are viewed with Kghostview, so it is not a printer specific fault. I enclose the three Postscript image files. You will notice an enormous difference in the size of the files produced by 1.1.4 and 1.1.5/2.0.1. The base document is a OO-1.1.4 stw template.
