@od: Theoretically the problem will occur in any environment if and only if
precompiled headers are enabled. Unless, precompiled_sw.hxx will include
nothing and the source will not see ::accessibility exists.

Actually I have faced the message in a rather experimental gcc 4.3.2 on
Windows and I am going to test it on gcc 3.4.4 and MSVC soon.

I got some errors like the followings because of the ambiguous use of the
namespace name accessibility between ::accessibility
and ::com::sun::star::accessibility. I would like to propose a patch to remedy
this problem.

d:/OOo/Local/ooo_dev300_m23/sw/source/core/access/textmarkuphelper.cxx: In
member function 'com::sun::star::accessibility::TextSegment
SwTextMarkupHelper::getTextMarkup(sal_Int32, sal_Int32)':

d:/OOo/Local/ooo_dev300_m23/sw/source/core/access/textmarkuphelper.cxx:123:
error: reference to 'accessibility' is ambiguous
