Re: [amsat-bb] BNC Elbow Adapters
What MFG are you using. I use to use AMPONAL (SP). I may have a couple if you want them, I will look for them if you do. Quick report from K4AMG. We are back in full service Great returns off of FO 29, VO 52, SO 50 today. - Original Message - From: "Paul Stoetzer" To: Sent: Wednesday, May 28, 2014 8:05 PM Subject: [amsat-bb] BNC Elbow Adapters Good evening, I've been having a problem with my BNC elbow adapters that I use at a few points in my portable satellite station. After a short time in use, they start to loosen and the connection loosens when there's movement. For example, I use a BNC elbow adapter to route the coax on my Elk antenna. When I twist the antenna to match polarity while transmitting on FO-29, I get desense as the connection loosens. Does anyone know of a very high quality BNC elbow adapter that will hold up to the rigors of portable use? 73, Paul, N8HM ___ Sent via AMSAT-BB@amsat.org. Opinions expressed are those of the author. Re: [amsat-bb] Doppler.Sqf Editor for SatPC32
Hi Bjorn, When you enter a new line it appears at the bottom of the list. When the 'Save' button is clicked the list is sorted by satellite name, saved to disk and then reloaded into the program. At that point the list you see in the grid should be sorted by sat name as well as the file. I did experiment with having it sort the list right after entering the new line but found it a little confusing as the new line appeared to disappear. I also found that often I was entering more than one new entry for a satellite at the same time. It seemed a little easier if the new entries stayed together at the bottom of the list rather than "disappearing" one at a time. I am fairly sure this is how it works. If this is not the case or I did not answer your question let me know. 73 W9KE Tom Doyle On Thu, May 29, 2014 at 8:50 AM, Björn Pasteuning wrote: > Hi Thomas. > > Works perfectly here.. > > Can you implement a insert(line) button? > I like to keep everything in alfabetically order. > > keep up the good work! > > 73 > Bjorn de PD5DJ > www.pd5dj.nl > > > Thomas Doyle schreef op 28-5-2014 16:44: > >> Hi, >> >> I wrote this little program to try and help out with the great Doppler.sqf >> files posted on the AMSAT-UK web site. >> >> http://amsat-uk.org/satellites/doppler-sqf-2/ >> >> In the remote possibility that it could be of interest or use to someone >> else here is the link. >> >> http://www.tomdoyle.org/DopplerSqfEditor >> >> 73 W9KE Tom Doyle >> >> > -- Sent from my computer. tom ... ___ Sent via AMSAT-BB@amsat.org. Re: [amsat-bb] SatPC32
John, You should be able to simply download the program file from http://www.dk1tb.de/downloadeng.htm Choose the appropriate version for your locale. The manual can also be downloaded here. Whereas, this is comes as the demo version, if you simply enter your registration information it will activate the full program. I believe Martha, in the AMSAT office, may have an accounting of registration information for past purchases. EMike E. Re: [amsat-bb] senior moment
Hi Bob I gues it has something to do with the doppler.sqf file being too long.. I talked Erich about this last year, he told me there is a limit of 1000 lines in doppler.sqf Since I removed the top and bottom text (that is not used) I dont run into this error anymore. 73 Bjorn de PD5DJ www.pd5dj.nl Bob- W7LRD schreef op 26-5-2014 2:00: I am getting Ungultige Gleitkommaoperation marching across the screen on satpc32.
