[amsat-bb] Re: FITSAT 5.84GHz received
Ground Stations say as follows. At first we think to take down the photograph which FITSAT took at the time of release by the first priority. And we test it at the time to pass south around 45 degrees of the ground station. The range that we can receive is limited at present. We think to have the amateure ham of the other countries participate in this experiment of 5.84GHz after we took down the photograph which FITSAT took when KIBO released it. We sent a command last night and took down some image data. Because we received it while correcting Doppler by hand, there were quite many errors. We were able to restore an image a little when we revised the error data by hand. And a solar panel of ISS came out. If we can be restored to the original state neatly, we will open it to the public. I do not know the launch day. 1. To give students at Sudanese Unversities a hands-on space project experience. 2. To document the process and skills and forward it to more students and post graduated engineers. 3. To promote space engineering and space science education at other Sudanese educational institutes. 4. Building, testing and launching the cube satellite. 5. [amsat-bb] Re: FO-29 off
FO-29 is now OFF status. I think that FO-29 is OFF when a ratio of the eclipse is less than approximately 11% according to my past experiment. Because the eclipse rate of these past several days is approximately 28%, the other causes are thought about this FO-29 OFF. http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/fo29tron.htm (posted 16Nov2010) Date Mins/DaySun% Thu 29Sep111034 71.81% Fri 30Sep111049 72.85% Sat 01Oct111030 71.53% Sun 02Oct111049 72.85% Mon 03Oct111020 70.83% Tue 04Oct111055 73.26% JE9PEL, Mineo Wakita ___ Sent via AMSAT-BB@amsat.org.
