This is old, old stuff. The backstory to is is that it's an *American* device, not Chinese, and it was done that way to disguise fitting a more modern capacitor into a vintage amplifier. I can't remember why they went with 2200μF instead of 6800μF - possibly the guy that did it felt that 2200μF was adequate. Stuffing capacitors is a standard technique in the restoration of old radios. If anyone had the time to waste they'd probably find the original of that picture on one of the many US websites dealing with restoration work. Actually is very difficult to find some type of RF transistor like 2SC1969 , 2SC1307 , etc . Sometimes they take TIP41 , repaint e sell like original one .The appearance is very similar .
