[android-developers] Upgrading developer account from free apps to paid apps
I am from Romania. I've registered as an android developer using my credit card and paid the $25. I currently can post free apps on the market. I would like to upgrade my account so I can post paid apps. Now, the problem is that credit cards from Romania are not accepted by Google for such a thing (for posting paid apps). So I've asked a friend of mine from Denmark to let me use his credit card. My question is ... does it suffice to just change the credit card number specified in my account, from the current one, to my friend's ? Will that solely make me eligible to sell paid apps, or will I have to do something else like pay the $25 again, or do I have to create another account using his credit card? BUT, on the second page of the registration process, on the terms and conditions, In the drop down menu Hungary appears as a valid country. https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup !!! This thing : http://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/?hl=en didn't help me a bit ! Can anyone clarify which list is the correct one? I've already started the necessary steps for creating a bank account in Hungary. Have i wasted my time and money or not? I'm really frustrated now :( If someone is 100% sure, please give me a response. I can't find anything on there. I tried already truest me. I can't even find the required place on which to send my question via email. [android-developers] Seeing user information
Good day to all, It is my understanding that for an app which requires a fee to be downloaded (so not for free apps), the developer can see each buyer's detailed information, which among other things, contain their email address. Is this true? Only in case of apps which require purchase, can i see the email address of the users who buy my app? Can i contact them via those email addresses?
