I just called up customer care and got the tracking number for my
order. I haven't gotten an email for it though.

Same thing happened with my order. I ordered on 12/08. I was not able
to view my order in the track order the next day. I emailed brightstar
including the order number. I was replied back letting me know that
the order is valid and I will be sent an email when the phone ships. I
was able to see my order in the tracking page later again.
